Chom Chom Pantry is a premium artisan baked goods brand based in the Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, India. We make small-batch products with care, and we stand behind everything we sell.

2. Our Products
We make artisan baked goods in small batches. Because of this:
- Slight variations in colour, texture, or size between batches are normal and not a defect — they’re the hallmark of handmade food
- Allergen information is listed on every product page and on the packaging. Please read carefully before ordering, especially if you have dietary restrictions or allergies
Shelf life is indicated on each product listing and on the packaging. As our products contain no artificial preservatives, we recommend consuming them within the stated periodver.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website:
- You are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart
- We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there’s a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will receive a full refund promptly
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment
We accept payment via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Payment is collected at the time of order.
- We do not store your payment details
- All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards
In the event of a failed transaction where your account has been debited, please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to be refunded by your bank. Write to us if you need help tracking this
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within India only
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control
- Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking link with you
- Chom Chom Pantry is not liable for delays caused by the courier after dispatch, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
6. Perishable Goods & Quality
Our products are perishable. To ensure you receive them in the best possible condition:
- Please inspect your order upon delivery
- If your order arrives damaged or spoiled due to our packaging or an error on our part, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion
We are unable to accept returns on food products for hygiene and safety reasons.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- We do not offer refunds based on personal taste preferences — but if something genuinely didn’t meet your expectations, we’d love to hear from you
8. Intellectual Property
Everything on this website — the Chom Chom Pantry name, the Barnaby logo, product names, descriptions, photography, and written content — is our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of it without our written permission. We take this seriously.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- Chom Chom Pantry’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of that purchase
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of enjoyment, special damages, etc.)
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website, with the date of last update noted at the top. Continued use of our website after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
