A: Because a human made it, not a machine.
Every batch at Chom Chom Pantry is handmade and hand-cut , which means the occasional biscuit will be a little larger, smaller, or more creatively shaped than its siblings in the photo. We roll, cut, and bake in small batches, by hand, the old-fashioned way. No two trays come out identical, and we think that’s rather the point.
If a Garibaldi arrives looking like it’s had a personality of its own, rest assured it tastes exactly as it should. The variation is cosmetic, never a compromise on quality or ingredients. Consider it a little proof of authenticity, the way a hand-thrown pot never quite matches its twin.
Q: How long do products stay fresh?
A: Biscuits are best within 3-4 weeks. Our pantry essentials last 2-3 months when refrigerated.
